Raul and Maria Gil, the owners of Casa Don Juan, have always dreamed of having the opportunity to show off our passion for Mexican cuisine.

Little did we know that we would have that opportunity but outside our native country, Mexico. Since always we have had this passion for mexican food. It has always been part of us, just like the authentic seasoning of 'Mama Meche (Mercedes)' and the authentic recipes of 'Abuela Maria', which are priceless. We will always have in our memories growing up in the middle of this environment, smelling, savoring and enjoying these delicious delicacies which is the authentic mexican food. We are thankful that we can actually share our passion with each one of you, 'our customers'. Everytime one of our customers comes to celebrate a birthday party, a wedding, a graduation, an anniversary, etc, with us, it makes us feel so proud of our culture, seeing how you enjoy every bite of our food and just how happy you seemed to have spend time at our restaurant, we could not ask for more. We want to thank our cooks because thanks to their dedication and hard work we were able to keep that authentic mexican flavor in each one of our plates. Thank you to each one of you 'our customers' because without you nothing of this would be possible. Every time you visit us you keep our dream alive.
